Dear Kentucky Employee Health Plan Participants:
As a reminder, Open Enrollment ends at midnight this Friday, October 24th. For this year’s Open Enrollment, EVERY employee/retiree must enroll (select a new plan) or waive (decline) your insurance.
If you fail to enroll before midnight Friday, you will not have insurance beginning January 1, 2009. You will automatically be defaulted to a waiver (with no Health Reimbursement Account) and will receive no health insurance benefit.

If you already have your password, I.D., and know which plan you would like to select you can directly enroll on-line at https://openenroll.ky.gov/openenrollment/public/login.aspx.
If you do not have access to a computer, please complete the paper application included in your Benefit Selection Guide and turn it into your insurance coordinator before the end of the day on Friday.
