Pupil Attendance Manual
The Pupil Attendance Manual is a narrative interpretation of the Statutes and Regulations that affect the attendance of pupils in local school districts. The Pupil Attendance Frequently Asked Questions list consists of questions that KDE routinely receives from local school districts.

Student Dropout Questionnaire
All students that drop out of school must complete the Student Dropout Questionnaire documenting their reason for leaving school. School guidance counselors will complete this questionnaire at the one (1) hour counseling session with students and parents prior to dropping out. This questionnaire should be retained in the student's permanent file.
