The School Leader Self-Assessment for Standards and Indicators for School Improvement is an Excel file that will allow school leaders to assess themselves on their preparedness to carry out the intent of the indicators from the Standards and Indicators for School Improvement.

Directions:

1.  Open the Excel file.

2.  "Rate Yourself" should be the screen you see first.  If not, click on the left arrow at the right hand bottom of the screen until "Rate Yourself" appears.  In column C, enter your personal rating for each of the 88 indicators.

3.  Click on the tab labeled "Standard 1" at the bottom of the screen.

4.  Press and hold down the Control key on your keyboard and click on each Standard tab through 9.6.  Release the Control key.  This will cause each Standard tab to become white (or highlighted).

5.  Click on File at the top left hand of your screen, then select Print.  In Print, under "Print What", make sure Active Sheet(s) is selected.

6.  Click on OK.  This will cause all nine graphs to print.

Reserve the printed graphs for use with the Scholastic Audit experience.
