This page contains the form and instructions for completing the Maintenance of Fiscal Effort (MoFE)/Excess Cost/Non-Supplanting Report for Special Education. The MoFE report is an annual requirement that local school districts must complete to be eligible to apply for Federal Funds awarded under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended. The SY 2008-2009 MoFE report is due November 30, 2008.
Also included on this page are the submission instructions for submitting this and other special education specific files to the Kentucky Department of Education.
