IDEA Federal Application and Performance Report

Each year the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is required to submit an application to the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) to receive federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).  In addition, the KDE must submit annually a State Performance Plan (SPP) outlining the objectives of the Department in meeting the requirements of the IDEA and reporting on progress toward achieving those objectives.
