Preschool Program regulation 407 KAR 3:410 Section 9, Program Evaluation specifies that: (1) “At least annually, parents, staff and other professionals shall be involved in evaluating the local preschool program’s effectiveness in meeting the needs of participating children . . . (b) parental satisfaction with services provided . . .” Representative samples of parent surveys are attached for your reference. These samples may be used to assist in developing a parent survey that meets the needs of your particular preschool program.
